He is an experienced property lawyer, advising investors, landlords, commercial occupiers, developers, and high net worth individuals on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters.
Tom has a wealth of experience acting for both high profile and niche clients in the retail, leisure and café/restaurant sectors in negotiating leases for flagship stores, commercial premises and office space.
Tom also has experience in acquisitions and disposals of small companies and advising on shareholder and partnership agreements.
