Nisha has over 25 years’ experience acting for occupiers, landlords, and developers. Nisha has a particular expertise in acting for national and international occupiers and developers/landlords in the development and letting of commercial property in the industrial and retail/leisure sector.
Nisha also has a particular expertise acting from lenders and borrowers on secured lending transactions and development funding transactions.
Nisha prides herself in providing excellent technical expertise but more than that a commercial, no-nonsense approach to client service delivery.
Before joining Merali Beedle in July 2024 Nisha was a partner a national firm Knights and prior to that, Spearing Waite. Nisha also worked at Howes Percival and Freeths.
