Natalie is a corporate lawyer who completed her LLM Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London and qualified as a solicitor in 2021.
She has trained with Brown Rudnick LLP and since qualifying has worked as an associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Her experience includes working on a wide range of UK and cross-border M&A transactions, venture capital deals and other corporate and commercial matters across various sectors.
Natalie is originally from Lithuania and is a fluent Lithuanian and Russian speaker.
