Leah trained at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP where she qualified into the Real Estate team in 2003.
She worked on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, commercial leases and property management work (acting for landlords and tenants), financing and large-scale infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Leah also has extensive experience in advising clients on the property aspects of corporate transactions, such as business and share sales and acquisitions.
In 2014, Leah left the City to join a boutique law firm, Pittalis LLP. During her time there, Leah gained experience in residential conveyancing, acting for both companies and individuals including high-net-worth clients on sales, purchases, lease extensions and variations, refinancing and transfers of equity. Leah also continued to act on commercial property matters. Leah also advises private clients on Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Leah joined Merali Beedle in September 2017.
