Gun joined Merali Beedle in July 2024 as our Chief Operating Officer. Gun brings a wealth of expertise to our team, as an experienced Operations Director and having previously set up a successful Legal consultancy within a top law firm.
Gun's success extends beyond her role as an Operations Director, where she optimizes organisational efficiency and fosters business growth through strategic operational strategies, cross-functional team leadership, and a focus on technology for operational excellence. Recognized for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, she excels in turning organizational goals into reality. With a strong HR background and a dedicated focus on Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality, she brings extensive experience in managing large teams, supporting career development, and guiding individuals to achieve their full potential.
Gun's commercial acumen and influence at the Board level set her apart. Notably, her commitment to promoting inclusion and diversity has earned her several awards, particularly through her groundbreaking work with the UK Apprentice Trailblazer programme. As the chair of this initiative, she drafted the three current legal apprentice routes (Solicitor, Paralegal, and Chartered Legal Executive), making legal careers more accessible to students.
With extensive global experience spanning EMEA and APAC regions, Gun is adept at navigating complex business landscapes and establishing high-performance cultures. As the Chair of Trailblazers, a catalyst for positive change within the legal sector.
She is also a Board Member of Middlesex County Cricket Club’s new charity Middlesex in the Community.
