Elaine joined Merali Beedle in October 2024 as the firm’s Compliance Manager. Elaine has several years of experience and expertise in the Risk and Compliance industry having worked in medium to global international firms, such as Clifford Chance, Charles Russell Speechlys and Forsters.
Elaine has extensive experience in the Real Estate sector, where she was the Senior Compliance Analyst in the Construction, Real Estate & Disputes division at Charles Russell Speechlys and she was also the AML Compliance Officer for the Residential Property Team at Forsters.
Elaine prides herself on her ability to think outside the box and provide suitable alternative solutions that address both the legal and regulatory requirements and the requirements of the firm and its clients.
