Having started in the City before spending the bulk of her career in the Surrey area, Angela has advised clients from small start-ups to household names in connection with commercial lettings, acquisitions, disposals and secured lending.  She spent the last few years providing commercial property advice from a niche residential development firm where Angela provided specialist advice on investment, setup and exit advice on mixed residential/commercial schemes. Angela has also advised on purchase of former police stations, courts, warehouses, offices and other commercial premises for redevelopment as housing estates with restaurants and retail, short term modular emergency housing solutions on bare land pending redevelopment and rooftop developments.
