Mediating allows the individuals involved to move towards an agreement with their direct input and discussions, in a confidential and calm forum. Solicitor mediation has the additional benefit of the mediator having an awareness of the legal approaches taken on such matters. We offer a Resolution trained Solicitor Mediator with many years practicing in Family Law.
A solicitor mediator will prepare clear and concise mediation documents, as well as Memorandum of Understandings when agreement is reached, which will assist you going forward.
