Prior to founding Merali Beedle, Nico worked for Ashurst LLP and Forsters LLP, acting for major companies on a wide variety of commercial property transactions, including high value purchases, sales, corporate acquisitions and landlord and tenant transactions.
Nico specialises in advising on commercial property acquisitions and disposals in the UK, and his clients range from PLCs to high net worth individuals.
Nico also has a wealth of experience acting for landlords and tenants in relation to office, retail and leisure transactions. Nico’s current clients in this area include technology start-ups, restaurant groups and gym operators. He also advises various clients on their commercial property and mixed use holdings in the UK, assisting asset managers in maximising the value of those portfolios.
